Has anyone seen the following issue: Skill added to agent with calls waiting in the skill queue, but agent doesn't receive any of the calls that are waiting once that skill is added to the agent. e.g. Agent A is added to the 'Gold' Agent group and then added with the skill 'Gold' in CME, but will not receive any of the 10 Gold queue waiting calls. He will only receive a call when a new Gold queue call comes in via URS.

Isn't it possible to enable real ime associations for calls waiting in queue?
