Salesforce Classic Integration Using Gplus adapter Login Issue

Hi All,

We are facing issues during the integration of Genesys and Salesforce using Gplus adapter for salesforce.

Genesys Websevices version : 8.5.2
Salesforce version : Classic

Genesys Webeservices is deployed and the adapter opening in Browser using the URL : http://xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx/ui/crm-adapter/index.html?crm=salesforce



Similarly the Adapter is loaded successfully into Salesforce Classic version.



When the Agent login credentilas are entered to login , we are facing issue in Jetty Cloud log,

Need Suggestion

Do you need to use GPlus adapter? Is it for popup only or do you also do co-browsing / chat as well?

We found it much easier and cheaper to use a third-party OpenCTI adapter. At least for popup.
