Hello,
CCPulse and CCA not showing statistic about Virtual queue, Where can be the problem?
Lisences we have enough, object of virtual queues are created.

  • Check your Virtual Queue name is actually associated and in use on your Strategy it is possible that you may *think* you have added in a VQ, but it may actually be a Queue or Route Point you are using.
