Migration for ICON and Genesys Infomart.

We need to migrate the [b]ICON [/b]and [b]Genesys Info mart [/b]Components from [b]8.1 [/b]to [b]8.5[/b]. In the documentation link, I don't see the separate guide to migration. Can you suggest any documents for the migration. ?.

And whether migration is similar to [b]configuration [/b]and  [b]installation [/b]of Genesys components. ?

If I'm correct, when you install 8.5, setup ask if it's an upgrade and there's SQL script (update_gim.[your-current-version].sql) to run.
(this script is accessible when you installed GIM)

We are upgrading the [b]GIM[/b] to 8.5. And we started running the [b]GIM_Migration job[/b] but it runs continuously without error . But it not getting completed. Kindly looking forward your possible responses.
