Genesys Rules Engine (GRE) Function for DB Query (IWD/GRE/GRDT/GRAT)

Can any one provide me a sample or example of a function used in Genesys Rules Development Tool (Ecplipse) to allow me to run a simple query to a Database? Every time I try, I get errors after publishing the rules template to Genesys Rules Authoring Tool (GRAT).

What kind of error? Do you have any logs?
Try to create a new project, select the type of project "Route", and you'll have "Database Query Result Access Project"

In grdt you can easily develop custom db lookup. You must be carefull about timeouts. Rules are executed in real time. I would recommend you to think about cashing information to web server memory. And read it localy.
