RONA on s SIP and Avaya Env

So I have my routing on SIP Server while my agents logs into Avaya..
in such a case, I m trying to set up RONA in SIP Server side,
I have got the divert-on-ringing to false.
after-routing-timeout to be desired timeout value
no_answer_overflow - to the VDN where the calls has to overflow.

so when I make  a call, Call reaches the SIP RP= Routing Strat gets executed, and targets an agent who is logged in into Avaya, now this agents doesn't pick the call, so SIP Server after the after-routing-timeout generates - Event Error - which is acceptable, after which I expect the no_answer_overflow to kick in and get Event Diverted for the call to reach the RP defined in the no_answer_overflow it doesn't happen, instead SIP Generates another RouteRequest to the same Avaya Agent.

can you explain how this SIP RONA be achieved in this hybrid environment pls.

Thanks
Water -

Check how the option "on_route_error" is configured on URS level.
