Minimum Interaction Metric is not updating in CCPulse

In the [b]Interaction [/b][b]Queue [/b]View, The [b]minimum interaction statistic[/b] is [b]not [/b]getting [b]updated[/b]. It always displays as Zero.

I have tested the following scenario.
I have made around [b]3 email[/b] to be [b]waiting [/b]in the [b]queue[/b]. So the [b]maximum [/b][b]interaction [/b][b]statistic [/b]is getting [b]updated [/b]as [b]3[/b]. And then accept all the interactions.

Then i made the [b]single [/b][b]email [/b][b]waiting [/b]in the [b]queue [/b]and then [b]accept [/b]the [b]mail[/b]. But still the [b]minimum [/b][b]interaction [/b][b]statistic [/b]is [b]Zero[/b]. Kindly looking [b]forward [/b]for your possible solutions.
