Hello Everybody,

I have a problem with an outbound script for campain scheduling.

All parameters seems to be good. this Schedule is only processing beetween 8:00AM and 10AM and only this one is not working...

(No end date, Recurrence Weekly, Repeat every 1 week and and days are correctly selected)

Schedule Items processing like this :
Load Immedialety (At 7:45:00)
Start at 8:00:00 AM
Stop at 10:00:00 AM
Unload at 10:01:00 AM
Force Unload at 10:02:00 AM

At 10:04:00 an other schedule is initialized but we don't have any problems with this schedule.

Last week i tried to create a new schedule but we still have the same problem.

When i see in the OCS OCS 5version: 8.1.300.18° log i have this :

07:43:26.185 Trc 93300 Outbound Schedule for script SCHEDULE_semaine_ADR_V8_8h00_10h00 (DBID 1176) has been triggered

Can you described your problem? Are you saying the campaign is not running at the allotted time - or it is not loading - or something else?

Be sure nobody touches it via OCM or GA. If it happens the script won't work anymore

@adamgill
Thanks for your reply

The campaign doesn't start, and doesnt load at all.

We need to start it manually like every morning and even if we delete the Schedule and create a new one nothing changes

- What we see its that we have two OCS (primary and backup) and sometimes we switch-over

@Cavagnaro
Thanks for your reply but nobody touch the GA or CME

? But you say you start it manually, therefore at that point Script won't work anymore. Just don't. Create the script and leave the campaign alone

@cavagnaro

Hi, yes indeed we stop it manually before the schedule be

Ive consulted the deployment guide and followed the usual process but this anomaly still appears

Question :
In our situation, we use different dialling mode depending the hours
For exemple in for saturdary : between 8am and 12:00am we dial in a progressive mode -> we have a schedule created for (Load, start, stop, unload, force unload)
                                                between 12:05pm and 16:30pm we dial in a predictive mode -> we have a schedule (load, start, stop, unload, force unload)

So in this situation we usually use two schedules because we change our dialling mode

How can we use one schedule when we change the dialling mode using "Set Dialling Mode"  option ?

Thank you very much
