Campaign requirement question

In one of our outbound process we have 200 Agents. This 200 hundred agents having their own dialing data's as per the process requirement.

current production scenario:

we have created 200 campaign's and we have provided each agent one campaign.

Process Change:

Process is going to increase with 500 agents. So we are feeling that creating 500 campaign's and managing it is not so easy.

So, We are looking for a alternate solution where we can have all agent records in one campaign and that records needs to be delivered by agent basic(The particular record have to be delivered to the particular agent it may be predictive, preview or some other mode).

Is there any way to achieve it in Genesys outbound solution.

Why one campaign per agent? That is nuts.

You might look at dialing filters. But still, one dialing filter per agent is nuts.

This would really defeat the purpose of running a predictive campaign.

No way to run Predictive with 1 agent. First 30 calls by default are progressive so for 1 agent is too much time. Even if you set them in a less number, later stats are just discarded...no sense.

One campaign, one calling list and a preview mode to use URS to route to that specific agent.
