ETL Job Aggregation cannot able to shutdown

The Aggregation job is running for long time. And it cannot able to shutdown. And also not able to run other jobs.
Kindly suggest the ways to stop the aggregation.

Did you try to shutdown the ETL with checking that the processes have been killed properly?

I have try to manually shutdown the job aggregation using Genesys Administrator Console.
And in the log it displays as Request to shutdown the aggregation job.
But the aggregation job is still running.

So, restart whole GIM ETL and check that the processes have been also killed properly.

I have  stopped gim and then started gim. But still the Aggregation Job is running. Cannot able to be stopped.

And what is the configuration for aggregation process? Because of it can be configured for long term running - ie. from 8AM to 8PM for example. Depends on configuration

Thanks for your suggestions. We have run the migrate job. And the extract & maintain & transform jobs one by one and it has been completed successfully. Then we have run another aggregation job. So automatically the aggregation start time changes and end time not appears. And then i try to shutdown the job. It gets shutdown.
