Ahoi,

I have 3 kind of status in CC-Pulse, 1 of them a „Ready “status and the other 2 are „not Ready Status “.

The Problem I have is when I change the “not ready status” to another “not ready status” the times add together. I would like to see the real total time for each status.

I have a script I want to add in CC-Pulse, but I don´t know how to do it.

Can someone pls help me?  :) :)

What's the script?  Usually those get added as a formula in the template.

It´s a really long one ^^

I need it for the ExtendedCurrentStatus View, how can i put the formula inside the template?

Create a formula field and add the sum of two columns by name...
Read basic documentation please...search the forum...not so difficult
