GPlus Adapter 6.1 Capture VQ

We are using Gplus Adapter for Verint Impact 360. The setup is to monitor VQ DN Groups, but we do need to configure additional VQ. Genesys said that GPlus adapter need to re-configure to support this but they havn't told what configuration we have to do for it.

Is there anyone who have expertise on addition of VQ to capture data in Gplus Adapter for Verint Impact 360.

[u][i]A case in point is the present problem with the MOPEnquiry_Night_VQ that is not being reported separately from the MOPEnquiry_VQ. The calls are being reported but both VQs are included in the "wfm_mopenquiry_vqg" group. It now appears that there was a requirement to keep the MOPEnquiry_Night_VQ separate. An additional requirement is the PostPaid VQ mentioned below which also has VHT VQs involved in its calls for certain periods of the day. It is not known if there is more than one "PostPaid" VQ but the calls through that VQ are presently being under reported.

It appears that a detailed review configuration with respect to the VHT implementation and the VQs that are to be reported upon is required.[/i][/u]
