SIP oosp in URS centric flow

Here's my call flow :

ISDN=>Cisco UCM=>Cisco TServer=>SIP Server=>URS=>Strategy=>Trunk Group=>GVP

At this point GVP carries out a multiphase transfer to an external number.  All being done within the IVR (no agent involved).

The outbound external call path is essentially MCP=>SIP Server=>Trunk=>Cisco UCM=>ISDN

My question is how can I achieve SIP oosp under this scenario?

Genesys tells me because I'm URS centric calling GVP it's impossible. That seems true as SIP is definitely still in the path albeit with no RTP stream.  Even with oosp-transfer-enabled.

How is your trunk for inbound/outband calls and trunk group for GVP configured on TServer section level?

Trunks just have prefix/contact info and oosp-transfer-enabled=true and refer-enabled=true

Trunk Group only has contact for RM.
