Force a formula to update OR force it to delay update until all stats are done

Hello,

as far as I know, in CCPulse+ a formula only updates if a stat on the same object (like VQ or VAG) is updated. Is there any way to force a formula recalculation either at a specific time (like always on second 45 of the minute)

OR

delay the formula from updating until all stats have refreshed. Example: I have a Formula which uses 8 different stats. The stats themselfs are set to update only every 60 seconds, however, they don't update all at once (there is like 1-2 seconds delay while all the stats are updated and the formula recalculates everytime one of the stats is done). Is there a way to force the formula to delay refreshing for like 4-5 seconds until all the stats have refreshed and only then recalculate the formula?
