'RStrategyName' value in TServer 7.5 LOGs referring to wrong object.

Hi all, hope all fine out there.

As in object, troubleshooting a call that seems eas abandoned I found the value referring to a very old strategy; it do exists, but is no longer loaded since time.

The call has not invoked the "OnCallAbandoned" strategy, instead seems it was dropped without continuing any logic.


From where is that value taken?

URS reset should fix. You are running a very old and buggy version.
I have seen that too many years ago

Have you looked at release notes for URS? What s the minor version of your URS? 7..5 was a pretty bad release for Genesys IMHO.

1. Any chance of a minor upgrade?
2. If you look through release notes? Even in 7.6 they have:
ER# 135559166 and it seems like it cannot really handle abandoned and diverted together as well.

As for what to do:

if you really what to deal with it, call OnCallAbandoned block in each strategy, and then once inside check for the call status prior to proceeding. This should ensure that you do post-routing as well as not have any false positives.
