I am after some advice in the setting up of PureCloud WFM. I have team and location groupings that are virtual (not related to skills) and would like to schedule and manage based on location, more so than skill//
Queues are virtual, so staff can work from multiple sites. Also, I have back-office functions I want to include. I will upload their interaction volumes but need to know how to create these "queues"
