UData[xxx] where xxx is your UserData KVP name...
Check your URS or TServer logs to find out the key name or your WDE config

To be honest, I do not understand the business requirement for having AgentID visible on Agent application level (why the agent should see his ID?). Anyway, the agentID is not part of the attached data by default. So, you have to add it manually for example within routing (you can use cfg database as the source).

I want to realize last agent. so, i want to send the AgentID to Database and as a parameter for CRM connection.

AgentID is registered as "RTargetAgentSelected" with Business attributes value of GAX.
but, THis is not my setup. i don' know how to get AgentID
just, I can add AgentID as attatch data in WDE, and show AgentID in WDE

but, I can't use AgentID as variable in IRD.. :-[

let me know if you have a good idea...thank you  :'(

It is not necessary to develop something new, for LastAgent function just use the in-built functions provided by UCS component.

[/quote]I had met similar case then IRD only got the employeeID, so solution basically you need to add more DB query , connect urs with config DB dap then get username or any person info via employeeID . I think it is to late but maybe it help for who want to solve this question.
sorry for spam 😊
