Not sure I understand, can you elaborate a bit on this term? I've never heard of that term, however my knowledge of CCPulse is the frontend of it, basically agent/queue stats, and building templates. Perhaps this is something that is deeper than my understanding.

Agree, that is not a Status, Action nothing named like that at Genesys Events, so, from where do you get it? Maybe someone put that name as a column in a report? If so, check the metric definition of that column as only you would be able to answer that.

Maybe you mean the stat parameter Calls_Forced_Off?

Which is TotalNumber CallForwarded measured for Agent, Place, GroupAgents, GroupPlaces

In Pulse it 's in the Agent KPIs

For CCP I do not know if its in some pre-designed template? But if the stat is defined on statserver, you can always add it to your template.
