Is anyone using agents in their home via the internet?

Hello, John,

we have looked at it about 4 months ago. Technologically, it should not be a problem, depending as to what type of media you want your agents to support.

But since agents are no longer in a controlled environment, we decided against it because we were not able to ensure that only agent would be able to access customer elated info and not someone else, unless we either do not show anything confidential. But then it defeats the purpose, doesn't it?

What are you thinking about letting those agents do?

we have some programs that require licensed insurance agents to complete the sale. Call center agent would make initial contact, then transfer off to insurance agent that has vpn connection to network.
