Hi All,

Does anyone have experience setting up the Real Time Adherence (RTA) feed? We have a stream established, but it is not providing reason codes for changes in agent state. What I'd like is a config export of a functioning instance, specifically the rta section. Many of the configuration options are, well optional, and not very well documented (the section on "reason code mappings" is a good example).

This application seems designed to generate PS engagements, which I'm not totally opposed to. I'd like to take one more stab at getting it working before taking that step.
