speechminer issue

I have one issue withgenesys  speechminer . i can not open webpage

now the issue is  files are not loading into speechminer as well as db server is very slow (if i stop speechminer  it will be fine)

Check your RDBMS (MSSQL) installation as it seems it does not fit performance requirement or there is another bottleneck

Check speech miner SM config app for configuration, verify whether the passwords are correct in the config app

check Speech miner database, if its up and running
