Service templates GMS - zip uploads

Hello all - I stumbled across this forum while researching a Genesys-related problem. I am facing issues when uploading the service template zips to GMS on http://<server>:8080/genesys/develop/index.html#/service-templates

Are the archives supposed to be installation-specific? If not, could anybody share one of the example templates from <GMS InstallationDirectory>/service_templates/callback.zip in a reaction below (or DM).

Much appreciated!

What kind of issue are you facing?

I don't think the templates are installation-specific, but likely version-specific.

The dfms are tailored to each install and as I understand generated on-demand; with the environment-specific params.

I'm using version 8.5.206.04

When uploading a zip, i'm seeing requests to [tt]/genesys/1/admin/document/service_template/[/tt] that result either in [tt]{"zipname/filename1":"OK","zipname/filename2":"OK"}[/tt], but nothing is added to my templates, or a [tt]500 Server Error[/tt], so I'm looking for an example template ZIP that I can compare my results with.

Have you made any changes to the service templates?

If you've made modifications, make sure not to compress the 'callback' directory, your zip should be of the contents within that directory. I made that mistake by right-clicking the folder and selecting compress, which is more convenient compared to selecting all files within the folder and compressing.
