Websphere Voice Response and Genesys

We're going live with a Websphere Voice Response (AIX)/Genesys integration in about a month. We've been through QA testing and an application stress test. It's been developed by an outside vendor, so the internal team has been pretty "hands off" for what's "under the hood".

Can anyone provide infromation/feedback/guidance on
1> Their experiences with this type of integration
2> Any "undocumented features" they have encountered (in either the Webshere or Genesys product) and how you worked through them
3> Any recommendations on issues to look for;
4> Anything else that comes to mind.
