Hi, Is there any way to know the consumed license out of total at peak time for voice, chat, whatsapp channels? or at least SIP server voice channels on Framework 8.5? Noting that I don't have LRM installed.

Do you have Infomart? You could use the Infomart session data (look at how many people are logged in at any one time).. this is what we do
