Anybody please help me to understand how many sessions will be present while recording a live call for the below scenarios

1) Party A(customer) calling Party B(Agent)

2) Agent1 calling Agent2 within the call center

3) Agent1 calling Agent2 with a geographically distributed call center

4) Party A(customer), party B(Agent1), Party C(Agent2) in a conference call

I'm assuming you are talking about using Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) for the recordings. If this is the case, note that all records are made on Media Control Platform (MCP), which acts as a Multipoint Conference Unit (MCU) and mixer as well. This means that every RTP session is established with MCP rather than between the Parties involved in the conversation.

That being said:

1) Party A(customer) calling Party B(Agent)
2 RTP Sessions / 4 RTP Streams:
one RTP Session between Party A and MCP
one RTP Session between Party B and MCP
===
one RTP Stream from Party A to MCP
one RTP Stream from MCP to Party A
one RTP Stream from Party B to MCP
one RTP Stream from MCP to Party B

2) Agent1 calling Agent2 within the call center
2 RTP Sessions / 4 RTP Streams:
one RTP Session between Agent 1 and MCP
one RTP Session between Agent 2 and MCP
===
one RTP Stream from Agent 1 to MCP
one RTP Stream from MCP to Agent 1
one RTP Stream from Agent 2 to MCP
one RTP Stream from MCP to Agent 2

3) Agent1 calling Agent2 with a geographically distributed call center
2 RTP Sessions / 4 RTP Streams:
one RTP Session between Agent 1 and MCP
one RTP Session between Agent 2 and MCP
===
one RTP Stream from Agent 1 to MCP
one RTP Stream from MCP to Agent 1
one RTP Stream from Agent 2 to MCP
one RTP Stream from MCP to Agent 2

4) Party A(customer), party B(Agent1), Party C(Agent2) in a conference call
3 RTP Sessions / 6 RTP Streams:
one RTP Session between Party A and MCP
one RTP Session between Party B and MCP
one RTP Session between Party C and MCP
===
one RTP Stream from Party A to MCP
one RTP Stream from MCP to Party A
one RTP Stream from Party B to MCP
one RTP Stream from MCP to Party B
one RTP Stream from Party C to MCP
one RTP Stream from MCP to Party C
