Hello,

do anyone have a sample config file for setting up a SIP.Audiocodes/420HD phones?
we are using admin guides from genesys support site but the handset is not being registered.
not sure if we are even doing it correctly at the moment.

Not being registered? That is basic one...what error does SIP logs show?

I used the 420HD model some time ago in a client where it was registered in Sip Proxy Genesys. I share the file, see if it helps you.

I recommend extracting the important information and feeding it into the file of your firmware version that you are using, as it will probably be more current and will have more features, in addition to what I am sharing, it is configuring the device with the language in Portuguese.
Test before putting it into production.
