Rabbit is RELEASED for testing

As our first trial product, our online group has developer a very clumsy, but functional application, somewhat similar to AgentPulse.
Basic idea behind it was inspired by Akiko, who was asking about how to view number of calls in a queue in case one does not have the CCP, or would not want to install one on every agent's computer.

The product will be now entering the testing phase. Please contact jeff@starsystems.co.jp if you are interested in participating in this testing.

I have added documentation for Rabbit under Poducts in Online Developer Group. It looks like a simple PowerPoint presentation; however, I had troubles viewing it with Netscape. Did anyone else experience the same problem?
