Disabling WDE buttons

Good afternoon.

I'm setting up the WDE for agents and I can't figure out if I can disable the sound control buttons? Tried looking for this in the WDE settings, or in the access group settings, but can't find anything related to it.


These are the buttons that need to be disabled
