GCXI scheduler problem: multiple emails

Good day,

I have seen other CX Insights postings here, so I hope that someone may know what our problem is.

We have email subscriptions to several reports. I hope that is what it is called in English - we have the German version, where it is called "Abonnement".

Any way, all of a sudden the reports are being sent multiple times for each report, even though there is just one subscription for each report. We haven changed anything during the past days, yet still this problem exists for almost all reports. Some are being sent twice, some 3 and a few even 4 times. Some at the same moment, some are minutes apart. There doesn't seem to be a pattern which may lead to a cause or solution.
