'mornign everyone. I mean, one MUST have a deep knowledge of the Java language to operate in the enviroment, let's say to create a queue, an AG, an Agent, give them grants or configure them, etc., create an IVR, or if no features are requested, one can do things just through the interface and let's say, a "set of provided prebuilt funcitions"? it's always mandatory to put hands deeply in Java code?

Pure Cloud or Engage Multi Cloud / Engage? Operate from a technical DevOps perspective or just business configuration?

Hi Guru, thank you for your time and hope everything's fine around there. That's truly a good point... I work on on premise solutions and I'm trying to figure out how I can move to fill the (enormous) gap with the new Genesys Engage cloud solutions (let's say PureCloud and Cloud/MultiCloud CX), which from what I can see seem to be all about using Java, but I don't understand if it's mandatory to have a very deep language knowledge or if the platform provides basic tools that allow you to operate without extensive use of broad development. I would say tch DevOp perspective. Maybe...  ::)
