VTO Port configuration

We have purchased 4 new VTO licenses, applied the new license file and the ports are showing as available on VTS.

The issue I have is strange behaviour when calling ports themselves....

Two of the ports ring out instead of playing the VTO script "please enter your person id..."

One cuts off the start of the message and when it plays the script there is an echo on the line

The final one just has the echo on the line.

Can anyone advise if they have seen any of these issues before and where the problem may lie.
