Annex data issues affecting Routing & Reporting

Hello Genesys Gurus,

I was wondering if anyone has come across issues where multiple entries exist for the Annex tab in configuration database (cfg_flex_prop)???

I'm having an issue that's very similar to Genesys ticket #133605

In a nutshell what i'm noticing is that some of the changes i make to the _ROUTER section under the Resources Annex is creating multiple entries in the flex_prop table. Some of the reference data in which i create in the Annex portions will sometime disappear and revert back to older data i made before. This is quite a peculiar and somewhat hard bug for me to methodically reproduce. Just wondering if anyone else out there has encountered something similar and if so what would be the approach to resolute?

Thanks,
Tenshi

Adjusting _ROUTER will cause duplicate entries in cfg db. This is a bug which should have been fixed. Does anyone have an info on what confserv releases addresses this issue?

What is the release version of your confserv?

  • I'm currently running Genesys Configuration Server. Version 7.0.100.08
Did the bug exist for this version?
I was leaning towards there being a bug with configuration server. I'll take a stab
at looking into some scenarios where i can reproduce this bug. Any other info is appreciated.
