Hello folks

Has somebody experienced problems with Symposium link loosing connection with the PBX every 15 minutes?

The link reestablishes itself in few seconds, but after few day looks like the PBX freezes and stop accepting new connections from the SCSS app. (SCSS version 4.2)

  • I actually recall a long time ago there was a problem like this that we had to deal with. Let me browse through the mail and see what it was.

  • Well problem fixed. Was the VLAN configuration that was mixing the prod and the lab environment. Looks like the PBX didn't like the traffic of two different links in the same broadcast domain.

    Both networks were totally isolated (as should be) and problem was fixed.
