I'm in a bit of a bind. Using CCPulse++ and attempting to apply thresholds. I have thresholds & actions that come with CCPulse++ in the proper file but am unable to see them when I go to apply thresholds. Am I missing something?

Were these actions and thresholds created with the same Genesys version (was there an upgrade ? Which version of Genesys software are you using ?) Is your environment a one that you built yourself or is it a ghost of one of the server you already installed ?

Do you have the CCPulse right to create such actions and thresholds (icons enabled ?) ? Did you implement these actions and thresholds yourself, as when you create one action and one threshold you can test it and then apply it to a statistic.

Yea I can actually create my own thresholds and actions and modify the ones I've created. Problem I'm running into is I have a threshold.stg file and an actions.stg file located under the GCTI/CCPulse folder that has a ton of 'out of the box' threshold / actions that I can use w/ out having to build them. Just can't access them for some reason :(

what do you mean you cannot access them ?

if you have the files - you should put them in some directory of your choice (e.g. TemplateStorage) and in the CCPulse options tab (Config Manager) you should point from where CCPulse should get templates for actions, threshold and ... etc.

in the options you should write the directory where you have put your templates...

i guess i may not have understand your question properly as i am new to genesys environment

regards

  • Hi,

Are you able to see the preset thresholds in the threshold wizard?
