Dear all:

I am in desperate need of help with finding a way to determine the previous DN before call arrive to a particular genesysenabled vdn.

Our callflow calls for calls from vdns 10000 through 11000 to be routed to 20000 where ur server will handle the interaction. i need to tell which vdn the call came from in order to determine the type of skill needed to attach to this interaction. 10000 is used by general q&a while 10002 is promo section. When call is delivered from 10002 to 20000, i am supposed to add a skill="promo" to it while a call from 10000 would call for "general_qa".

10000 through 110000 are not urscontrolled, thus no attach data can be added. What can I do?

Trying to use OtherDN would return client ANI and not the previous DN, so I am at loss and really need some good advice.

    Hi,

Why the VDNs are not controlled?
The best way would be to let them monitored by Tserver.
But what about DNIS? There should be stored the number customer has dialled.
