Hello!

I´m very new to Genesys, and I hope that anybody of you is able to help me!

I´m trying to install the CallConcentrator. It is running allready but he is not wirting any data in the AREC table.

Does anybody know a good resource with respect to CallConcentrator installation issues?

Is there anybody out there focussing on Genesys reporting configuration?

Your assistance is very much appreciated.
Regards
EVA

Good morning, Eva!

What does AgentRecordUserTypes say in CCON configuration?
A value must be supplied for it.
From Genesys docs:
Valid Values: Must contain two elements separated by commas: a custom code greater than 199 and a custom
field name.
Dependencies: AgentUserFields

By default, you would have: 202,lunch,205,break
Do you have that?

If that does not work export the properties of CCON and posted here... I will take a look at it.

Hello,

yes this in my problem! ;o)

I don´t know which values I have to write in the AgentRecordUserTypes and in the AgentUserFields.

I still have the default value.

Regards
Eva
