How to display realtime information to Wallbaord by not using GIS (Genesys Interface Server)?

    • It is actually pretty easy (if you are just want to track the queues and agent states)

    use Genesys ActiveX to connect to TServer and just register for their DNs. You will get all the events and will be able to easily track their states.
