GVP(NE) vs GVP(EE) vs IVR...

Does anyone have any experiences they might share as to the pros and cons of GVP(NE) against GVP(EE) and GVP(NE) against any other IVR?

We are looking at these products with regard to integration with Genesys (NRS) Routing, (CCA/CCPulse/Brio) Reporting and WfM; GVP(NE) seems to serve Genesys Solution components through an IServer>TServer and therein lies the rub; are there any others ways in which GVP(NE) can interact with Genesys Solutions, in order to enhance Routing/Reporting/WfM?

If GVP can only interact through an IServer>TServer link and it no way serves any other Genesyss Solution components, then it is no better than any other "black box" IVR? (a question, not a statement!)

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated...
