multisite question

Dear Genesys Users,

Genesys claims to be the best CTI middleware for large scale call centers spread over large areas, yet, I cannot find a single reference where a large scale telco or a financial instution would use it. I am not talking abotu one or two centres, but more something of a ten or more call centres tied together all using Genesys. Can somebody please some light on this for me?

There are many very large site implementations here in Europe that I can personally vouch for as I have worked on a number of them.
