Hello. I'm trying to program an interface for Genesys in Java, and I need to be able to set the agent's state to Not Ready and provide a reason for it. I've been searching and having found a way to inform the server of the reason. Can anyone help me, please?

Thank you.

  • Hi,

There are too methods for getting not ready reasons, reason codes in the switch and attaching data to the not ready request, with both methods you then use reporting filters to break down the total numbers and times.

You should be able to program the application to attach data to with the RequestNotReady with the same commands used to attached data to a call.
