Ok,
what is exactly a lakh? It sounds like a currency used on a planet Chubakka. Does it include transportation or are we supposed to get find our own way of shuttling across half a galaxy to get there?
For 20,000 Euros a month I do not mind getting there. As long as you pay for all the time it takes to get there and back!
There is no "sacrosanct" rules for this forum. And there is no problem with offering 20,000 in annual salary. The only problem was that you were sounding so smutt about it. And it is hardly a way to make a good impression.
Keeping in mind that Genesys is very expensive and usually costs millions to rollout, most of the people involved with Genesys work directly or indirectly in Fortune 500 companies in a first place. Sounding like an overeager headhunter with little understanding of the market makes me wonder just how legit you are and puts a very big question mark over the company that you claim to represent.
I don't pretend to speak for everyone here, but I worked very hard to come this far, and even though I am constantly looking out for better opportunities, your post sounds like you would never be able to offer me what I would require for a successful transition from my existing job. Integrity, support, experience are just few of the basic qualities I would expect from a professional headhunter. Juding from your post you lack all of them. And to make things worse, with your blatant disregard for common courtesy you have marred the name of your firm, which, by the way, I did have an experience working with. Too bad.
