Hi !

At once excuse me for bad English.....

We want to accumulate and analyze ANI information the called subscribers.
We cannot install call concentrator and other applications differently we shall disturb conditions of the contract.

Probably we could make it on GVP but as. What else there can be decisions?

Any ideas but not fantastic.

Thanks.

  • If you cannot use Call Concentrator then you could write a TServer clinet that would monitor all incoming call and write out all data to a database. You could also do this using the router/IRD and collect all data needed and output to a db. Failing being able to use any of these you could just write a log scraper and strip out your daily Tserver logs for the info required.

  • If you have a GVP then all you need to do is use that to save ANI data into DB. This will be the easiest way.
If you have URS, use that to write all of the information you require for your analysis into DB.

    1. What Genesys products do you have?
    2. What do you want to save for your analysis?

  • Hi,

Please excuse the shameless plug but I am involved in a call con lite application (non-Genesys app) that will be launched next month which collects amongst the call data, the caller's CLI\ANI.

There is a thread on here with further details:
