Hi Everyone,
I think we all realise that this forum is a fantastic resource for us Genesys people around the world. We have a problem and we all try and help each other in any way we can. I have spoken with a number of people about organising a Genesys Wiki where we all can post and edit information that will help us all do our jobs better. Well, the Wiki now exists: [url=http://www thegenwiki.com]www thegenwiki.com[/url]. After you have registered, which is free and almost instant (this is to stop spam), anyone can post. I would hope we all use it to post information and to look up other people’s solutions. If you’d like to become a moderator on the Wiki please let me know.
Here are a few ideas that we can use it for:

[li]When you’ve asked a question here and received some answers, how about cutting and pasting your question and the answer you found that worked?[/li]
[li]If you feel that a Genesys manual doesn’t explain something very well (no sniggering please) maybe you’d like to write it up properly?[/li]
[li]If you know of a product that great and helps you accomplish a role, well, write about it.[/li]

The idea is that anything to do with Genesys could be added to the Wiki to help others. But please don’t be offensive to anyone or anything and only post information that you have the right to post i.e. don’t cut and paste from copyrighted materials.
[url=http://www.thegenwiki.com]www.thegenwiki.com[/url] is a Wiki framework which needs to grow with information. This information will only appear if we all contribute as a few people can’t do it on their own. This information doesn't need to be technical it could be marketing based too.
If anyone from Genesys is reading this and it seems that a number do then I'd encourage you to join in and post information as we'd all appreciate it.
