What options does Genesys provide for doing a rich CTI implmentation from within a browser using a java applet?

What are the prescribed toolkits, sdk, etc.

Many thanks...

There is a SDK which is included in the same CD with the ActiveX version. Never used but it does exists.

Genecist,
You could also look into the Genesys .NET server or GETS.

Haldane,

I'm to provide a CTI component to a vendor whose solution is a weblogic/java mix using browsers.  I hate browser based interfaces...even with ajax and such, a browser is still a crippled user experience compared to a fat client.

Up until now, all my CTI solutions have invovled a .net C++ wrapper around t-lib used by .net windows forms clients.

Try with JTele, which is a very small piece of libraries in Java compared AIL
