Hi All,

I am new to Genesys, and i want to create a new Workspace in CCpulse ( am using version 6.5).

And, i need to change the configurations of an existing workspace, where can I do this.

Any advises are really appreciated.

Thanks,
Ashok

Hi atyam,

You do most of the work within CCPulse itself. If you need new stats or filters, then you create these within the stat server applicable to your CCPulse instance.

To change a workspace, if you want to remove items (that are used elsewhere) you will need to re-create the whole workspace. If you want to add something to the workspace that is being created in CME, then make sure you have the relevant workspace open, then when you create the object it will appear in CCPulse (if the object is in a section that isnt already referenced within the workspace, then you will need to start from scratch).
If you want to add a current object from CME, then you will need to re-create the who workspace.

If you want to change the configuration of the CCPulse application itself, then this is done within CME.

Hope that helps.

...not actually tomorrow, then...  ::)

Even though the document is titled "CCPULSE PLUS", This guide is based on the standard functionality of CCPulse (it does not include "how to set up historical Views")

Hope it helps?
