Statserver needs license!!! What?!

Dear Genesys Forum,

my company bought Genesys framework and have been using it for the past two years.
I learned that CCP and statservers don't require License, but when I tried to use it, Genesys intervened and told me that we need some sort of license.

Can someone please tell me what is going on with statserver and CCP? When do you need license and when you don't?

Hi Jeff,

If your company bought Genesys Framework Standalone then you can't use CCPulse+ as solution reporting isn't included in Framework Standalone.
