Hi guys,
I'm receiving this message constantly on the log incidents, does anyody has an idea of what is it? And from where it comes from? What is 65206? It is not an object on my Genesys.

Can you please show the log?

Usually NetworkCallID is issued by Avaya (or Alcatel) when you have more than one PBX and they are set up to swap calls. You should not get any errors with it though...

I have the same kind of messages with an Alcatel 4400, and we are having some problems when we have high call volume, at that moment if we dial the RSI where the startegy is loaded we get a busy tone, and the only message I found is the one related with the wrong attributenetworkcallid, Do you think this error can cause a problem at the RSI?

I have asked around, but no one has seen this before. Invalid TLib attribute? Never have seen it?
What does Genesys say?
