GVP Ports Mapping

well, I know I need to RTFM but anyway my colleague insists the genesys doc is wrong.. ok. here u go...
It is switch-behind setting.
We have GVP ports RNA ( rings no answer ) problem.
The way that we configure in CME:  we created a virtual switch for the gvp but there is no DN there, but we created an access to link to nortel switch in the access code tab.  on the nortel switch, we created the DNs ( ACD positions ) that will be used as GVP Ports. On the IVR > IVR ports, we created the IVR ports and map them to the nortel switch DNs. 

Are we doing it right?  Can someone also walk me through the mapping ports concept a little bit, too. thanks in million

no problem. I have posted instructions about two weeks earlier - try doing a search for it, but you almost got it - don't forget the annex settings!!!
