Genesys Voice Portal Developer:
Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for the AppleCare world-wide contact center. Primary responsibilities include Genesys Voice Portal voice application design/development, Genesys routing strategy design/development, mysql and Oracle database development/administration, shell script development/maintenance, maintenance of various custom applications, ad hoc voice application reporting and contact center reporting.
Minimum 2 years developing voice applications with Genesys Voice Portal.
Four years experience designing and building IVR voice applications.
Two years experience developing mysql or Oracle database applications.
