Agent Import into CME

A quick question

do you think it would be useful to develop an application which would import agents from a CSV file into CME?

Sure, we have a high turnover rate and having 60 new agents start in a week is not unheard of. Talked to a field rep from Genesys and he said he used one that entered the agent directly into the DB but he never sent me be the code.

Currently we do not enter agent information in Genesys since we only have framework but that could change in the near future and batch entry of agents would be great.

We also have high turnover and a .CSV import/export utility would greatly help us cut down on the administrative time spent entering the exact same agent data into our Lucent/Avaya switch and Genesys.
